I’m all about getting the most value out of just about everything that I pay on. That goes for the amount of water I use in the shower to the longevity I get from our truck. That truck might not have much air conditioning or even power windows however it’s still running. The reason it’s still running is preventive repair. I take care of that truck by increasing the oil & doing all the stuff that keeps it rolling down the road. In fact, that truck is twenty years outdated this year & is far from being done. That’s the sort of value I’m looking for in life. Really, it just comes down to taking care of stuff. And I certainally pay attention to the stuff that takes care of me love our truck. Another giant one on that list is the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment. When the two of us updated the heating & cooling machine when the two of us bought this house, the two of us invested in absolutely fantastic residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C. It had the latest in Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology for the time & as high a SEER rating as the two of us could get so it’s actually efficient. Quality heating & air is essential stuff in our condo so the two of us weren’t going to cheap out on the quality of our Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. That said, it wasn’t just the initial cost outlay for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C that came into play as far as value was sad. Adding the Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair idea was the value added proposition I was looking for. I think that we’ll get the most from our Heating, Ventilation & A/C component given consistent, seasonal Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair it receives.
