That made an immediate difference
Honestly, I was at a loss as to why I kept getting sinus infections. It seemed love a year didn’t go by without myself and others having at least 2 or 3 sinus infections. And they’re the worst. I hate trying to focus inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C of the office when I’m dealing with a sinus issue. After a few trips to the doctor, he thought it might be something else that was causing the concerns. But I was surprised by all of the heating plus cooling questions. For 1, I have no method about the heating plus cooling unit or Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C service because that’s my partner’s department. So my doctor gave myself and others a list of things to go over with him to see if perhaps the air quality was the source of my sinus issue. He plus I went over that list plus it was certainly enlightening for both of us. To start, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C ductworks had never been cleaned at least since the two of us had owned the stadium. So that was at least 12 years. Then, the two of us realized that the two of us were using the sort of air filter that only is designed to protect the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. The cheap, paper air filters aren’t designed to protect our health just the health of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. So the two of us called the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company plus made an appointment of ductwork cleaning plus ductwork resealing. That made an immediate difference. But replacing the cheap air filter with a HEPA filter is what easily put it all over the top. Out air quality is vastly improved plus I’m no longer having such sinus concerns.
