I guess I am going to help my cousin buy new HVAC equipment while I am staying with her.
She has aged equipment in the beach property she purchased plus I guess it is finished.
I told her that the newer equipment is entirely energy efficient plus would save her currency all the time on her power bills. She has currency saved from her task plus is ready to purchase new HVAC equipment but we need to go to the local supplier to see what brands they have plus how much they cost. I guess she could get new equipment for about $10K, plus that includes the replacement. I can help them when they put everything in because I have worked in the field for multiple years plus truly get how to install them. I just don’t do it full time these days because my back plus shoulders can’t handle all of the lifting anymore, I do believe I am finally getting old. I was doing a few HVAC repairs plus replacements every single week when I had my HVAC company going despite the fact that I managed to save an unbelievable amount of currency plus retire early. I still work part time regardless of the fact that I don’t need to frantically chase currency as I once had to. My dad worked in the HVAC equipment industry for a lot of years too plus left all of the youngsters a reasonable chunk of currency. I guess he worked in the field for as long as 50 years plus saved a huge amount of currency, unlike me who seems to let it all slip through his fingers on the worst investments.
