Every one of us rarely experience problems with our Heating & A/C system. It’s a solid piece of equipment that runs both the heat & air with ease. Last year, all of us installed a smart thermostat to pair with our Heating & A/C system because we’d heard attractive things about it. A lot of family friends had smart thermostats in their homes & they appreciated them, so all of us decided that there was no harm in installing 1 ourselves. The smart thermostat does a good job at programming itself to meet our temperature needs in the most efficient way possible. It’s done such a superb job at lowering our weekly utility costs, that all of us were surprised when all of us received an unusually high utility bill; My fiance & I were confused as to why the bill was so much higher that week, because there wasn’t anything unusual about our Heating & A/C settings. The bill was so much higher that I was sad something was wrong with our Heating & A/C system! Every one of us had just had our Heating & A/C system maintained though, so the odds of something being broken were slim, and for some reason, I decided to check our security footage because I felt prefer it would supply myself and others a reason as to why our utility bill was so high. It was a superb instinct, because truly clearly on the camera I could see that our kid wasn’t shutting the door properly when he left the house. It was a stubborn door & it required a lot of force to shut. Since he wasn’t shutting it properly when he left, it was letting our Heating & A/C treated air escape & our Heating & A/C system was consistently running to keep up.
