I have been struggling with our indoor air conditions for as long as I can remember.
I used to know that I had disappointing allergies but I found out the main source for our discomfort was the dirty air.
It turned out that the air ducts were loaded with dust, dirt, & grime & all of that nastiness was floating around in the air & I was breathing it all in! Yes, know it or not the quality of your heating & cooling system system can directly impact your health. The thing is, I didn’t even know that I had indoor air problems until truly recently. I busy an appointment with the heating & air conditioner serviceman & he came out & cleaned our air ducts & resealed the ductwork since it was worn. He then recommended that I purchase a HEPA filter to help with our indoor air conditions, however once that HEPA filter had been successfully added to our heating & our indoor air was disinfect prefer never before! It had reMained that way for a long time, however recently I have started to realize our indoor air conditions was not as superb as it used to be because our allergies were returning, so I looked for some air purification help & discovered I had forgotten to change the HEPA filter & that’s why it was coming back. Once I had a brand up-to-date air filter in there again it was smooth sailing from then on, now I never worry about our indoor air conditions.
