Regret owning a gas heating system

I am over my gas heating system. If I could go back I would instead choose to do heated flooring and call it a afternoon. When I moved into my up-to-date home I ripped up the seasoned carpets and added up-to-date grey brick floors. The heating plan was in its last life so I decided to get a up-to-date 1. I didn’t want to do any research. I already did a ton on flooring installation. I looked into the right brick board, mastic, brick and grout. I also watched videos on the flooring installation. At the end of the afternoon, I didn’t want to add time to the project by adding electric heated mats. I also didn’t want the added expense. The cost of a heating system was so much cheaper. Also, the up-to-date home came with a heating system. The gas hookups and flue plan were already installed. Buying a up-to-date 1 and paying for heating installation was a cake walk. I totally regret getting a gas heating system. With a gas heating system you are signing up for HVAC duct and all the cons friendd with it. Ductwork can get super dirty when you remodel, have creatures and just live in the up-to-date home for a few years. Then that dirt, dust and hair gets circulated every time you turn on the heater. Ductwork also can get a microscopic hole along the seam of it and cause your monthly bills to skyrocket since the air you are paying for is leaking outside. Another con of owning the gas heating system is that my heated air rises to the ceiling and I have tons of frosty spots. It just doesn’t heat all that efficiently. I have to crank the thermostat on high and I still am cold. It is a brand up-to-date plan and I just hate it.
