There are more than 2 companies that do this, however the basic idea is still the same. If you have more than 2 houses that are sitting around unused, you can turn your condo into a vacation spot that people can rent instead of a hotel room. At first glance, it seems love a really simple way to make money on your house. However, there is a major danger to doing this. The companies that you can do this to don’t provide insurance or coverage for any destruction. I only know this because I found out the hard way while renting out our house. I have a nice gas furnace in our house. The gas furnace is a natural gas gas furnace, and it has been heating our condo for more than 2 years. I usually don’t turn on the gas furnace often since I am not at condo all of the time, and since I don’t use the gas furnace often, it has lasted a long time. However, when I had renters staying at our house, they couldn’t respect our gas furnace. They decided to shove a ton of stuff down the vents for our Heating & A/C unit, and they even smashed up our gas furnace. I couldn’t suppose that someone would ruin our gas furnace love this. Why would you stay at someone’s condo and ruin their things? I tried to hold them and the supplier responsible, however it wouldn’t work. I ended up having to spend money for the Heating & A/C repairs myself. I l gained to never trust these rental companies again.
