Sitting or laying around has never been a strong suit for me. That makes healing from a pretty bad back injury all the more trying. There is no going to the zone controlled HVAC of the office for a while. Actually, I’m only really supposed to be leaving the house for doctor’s appointments and for my physical therapy.
