Being retired sure helped out a lot when it came to building a house. There is just so much stuff that goes into a home building project that I don’t know how people do it and work or raise a family at the same time. This was our first house and I spent many days outside of the air conditioning comfort of our rental home to be on the build site. Not only was it a good thing when it came to being able to be on hand to make unforeseen decisions on stuff, I got to see all the progress. It was pretty wild to watch the house just continue to take shape as it became more and more of a house. We also scored with contractors. The HVAC contractor we decided on came highly recommended and I can certainly see why now. This guy really had his heating and cooling act together. And it made it very easy for me and my wife to trust his HVAC expertise. The thing that we noticed so much as we were interviewing this HVAC contractor was just how engaged he was. The HVAC contractor wanted to know what we wanted out of our heating and cooling system. He helped us become very comfortable with all the HVAC technology that went into the house. I was particularly a bit concerned that I wouldn’t adjust to the latest in residential HVAC. But the HVAC contractor put all those fears to bed pretty quickly. We now have easily the most comfortable and efficient heating and cooling system that we have ever had the pleasure to experience.
