I actually don’t prefer it when I have some kind of a repair appointment plus they do not show up on time. It is bad enough that they provide you this deranged 6 hour time window on most repair calls that messes up your entire morning, however sometimes you even have to take a morning off from your task because of it. This happened recently when I had a complication with our central heating plus cooling system plan plus had to call the local heating plus cooling contractor for an Heating plus Air Conditioning repair appointment. The time window they gave myself and others was between 8am plus 4pm. Well, the heating plus cooling system worker did not show up till near 5pm! Boy oh boy was I angry as ever! I could have actually went to labor that morning had they said he would be there around 5. I would have been home from labor around 4pm! I had to contain myself plus not blow up at the heating plus cooling system specialist when he arrived. He said his last task ran overtime. That isn’t our problem! They should have dispatched another certified heating plus cooling system specialist to come plus do our central heating plus cooling repair instead! That would have been the right thing to do rather than leaving myself and others hanging all morning beyond the given time window! The heating plus cooling system contractor got an ear full from myself and others on the PC after the certified heating plus cooling specialist left. They ended up giving myself and others 50 percent off because of the mess up. At least that was something.
