It was so slow, that it ended up nearly crashing, then and this was causing troubles while trying to enter in many heating plus cooling system repair plus installation appointments that had come in earlier that morning. I told the boss what was going on plus it seemed the laptop had a small virus of some kind. They had to call out a laptop repair professional. In the meantime, I was having to write out all of the heating plus cooling system repair plus installation appointments by hand. This was a major pain in the rear plus a lot of extra work! It was taking myself and others twice as long to do our task plus I did not prefer it a single bit!
