Normally, I would get mad that they want to change the settings on my HVAC unit, but my husband is really hospitable, & he hates it when I am rude about it
I absolutely hate adjusting the temperature control whenever I have guests over. I suppose that it sounds really selfish of me, but I love my temperature control to be set a certain way. I live in my own house, & I have invested a lot of money into making sure that our HVAC units are running love they are supposed to be running. I even have a single of those cool Wi-Fi temperature controls so that I can adjust my HVAC units while I am on the run so that I can always make sure that my home is perfectly comfortable, however when every one of us have guests over, most of them guess that my home is comfortable. I don’t have extreme HVAC preferences, & everyone never mention any kind of discomfort. However, every once in a while, I will have a guest over that does not love my HVAC preferences, however normally, I would guess that they should be quiet since it isn’t their house, but the people that would be willing to differ on my HVAC preferences are officially the a singles who are vocal about it. I have to adjust the temperature control of MY HVAC units to make MY home uncomfortable, & it bothers me. I adore it when the guests leave so that I can readjust my HVAC units, and this may be selfish, but it is who I am, & I don’t apologize for it.
