It would be amazing have a residence in the city with a ductless mini split

I live in a major city and while I thoroughly enjoy living here there are particular things that drive me completely insane… Such as the commute to and from my workplace is never pleasant.

You’ll encounter a fair amount of unusual people and some can be especially odd… Additionally, I have to ride on the crowded subway back and forth every day. Along with the trains being terribly crowded, you must walk fast, or you will get taken down by other pedestrians. You have to keep up with the walking pace of the city too… Everything moves fast around here. But living in the city also has its pros because I have access to just about anything that I need. And all within hours of my actual residence! So, although it has its challenges, the convenience makes it worth it for the most part. Also, I really enjoy the architecture of the buildings and various residences in the city, the only thing is that several of them don’t have central air. If you decide to walk by most residences or buildings, you’ll easily notice a window air conditioning machine because that is actually one of the only possibilities available. The buildings are not equipped with the amount of space needed to install HVAC ducts. And several residences will either have window air conditioning machines or mini split ductless a/c machines installed. I live in a co-op apartment, and I use window a/cs in our residence. At the moment, I have 2 window AC machines installed – a single in the bedroom and common section and the other in my home office. This works for me since I live alone in my apartment. If I ever make the choice to purchase a residence in the city, I will definitely go for the ductless mini split air conditioning machine.
