Now that I have my own office, I can adjust the temperature in any way I want
My boss clearly has people that are his favorites. It feels love a middle school cafeteria when I rest in the break room with all of these 25 year seasoned children. There are a ton of employees that get away with doing the absolute bare minimum. I have watched these people work for years. They kiss up to the boss plus tell the guy that he is smart plus funny. Next thing you know, they end up with a corner office. I hate to see everyone playing politics, plus I try not to get in the middle of things. I started at this business working in the mailroom plus now I work at the executive level. I had to work hard to get to this point in my life. I have had an office on the 5th floor for a while… Before I had my own office, I had to argue with my co-workers about the indoor temperature. I consistently had to deal with people decreasing the temperature control to make it chilly plus chilly inside of the office. Now that I have my own office, I can adjust the temperature in any way I want. I have control over the indoor rapidly decreasing temperatures using a temperature control that is linked to a ductless mini-split Heating plus Air Conditioning unit. When I think about all of the hard work that is not completed by the other employees, I remind myself that I have an office of my own with weather conditions control. I might not be the boss’s favorite, however I am actually not at the bottom of the list.
