My husband and I had been looking for an ideal rental property for some time… It was taking a long time to find the right place and the baby was almost here.

We were really picky. It seemed every house every one of us looked at had a few key things missing, and finally, when we gave up and were discussing compromise, he got a call from our realtor with great news! He had found the right house for us in the best area of all. It had three study rooms but it lacked a current AC system! That was 1 of our requirements for the ideal house for our family. The two of us wanted a condo with a current AC plan to help ensure the indoor air pollen levels were low and the air quality was high. An efficient AC unit would keep all of us safe to some extent. The realtor was not sure the owner was willing to replace the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, though, so he recommended that we move in and then get the owner to replace it later on. Time was running out, and we wanted to agree with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C idea; But, I felt differently after a few hours. The two of us called the realtor and got the homeowner’s number. At first, he didn’t want to agree with us but then I pulled the pregnancy card! When he found out I was pregnant, he agreed to replace the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. It took him a couple of afternoons to locate the right AC unit for the house, then afterward, an AC mechanic came to set it up for us. We moved in a couple of days later and that was the best news ever. The next week, the baby was born!
