We had been trying to find a rental property for some time, and it was taking a long while. The new baby was due and my partner and I were adamant about the type of house we wanted. We just knew what we wanted. However, it seemed as if every house that we saw had some things missing; when we started discussing compromise, we ended up getting a call from our realtor with good news. He said that he’d found the right house for us. It had three bedrooms in it, but it lacked a new AC system! That was a big requirement for the ideal house! We wanted a house with a new AC method to help ensure the indoor air quality was exceptional because of the pandemic. We knew that an efficient AC device would keep all of us safe to some extent. The realtor was not sure the owner was going to be willing to replace the Heating and Air Conditioning system. He recommended the people I was with and I move in and then ask the owner to replace it later on once we were living there. Time was running out, and the people I was with and I wanted to agree with the Heating and Air Conditioning idea… But, I felt differently after a few days, so we called the realtor and asked to speak to the landlord. He sent us the landlord’s contact information so we called him up. At first, he wasn’t willing to invest in a new Heating and Air Conditioning unit. But when he found out that I was pregnant, he agreed to replace the Heating and Air Conditioning system for us.
