Last Tuesday night, our kid had a piano recital.
My fiance and I were both happy to go and watch our kid perform, unfortunately, I got home from work first and observed a problem with the furnace.
I tried to troubleshoot the issue, although I was unable to get the heat started. It was already 50° outside and it was supposed to get colder after sunset. I called our fiance. She was on his way home from work. She suggested calling the heating and air conditioner repair maintenance right away. I told his that I was not sure if they would arrive before Sarah’s recital. All of us couldn’t go separate from heat that night, so all of us had to make the call. The furnace repair company still had someone available that night and they sent the man as soon as they were finished with a strange job. My fiance and I waited and waited and it was getting closer to the time for the recital. One of us had to go and a single of us had to stay and wait. My fiance and I flipped a coin and I lost. I had to stay home and wait for the furnace repair maintenance while our fiance went to the recital and videotaped everything for myself and others to watch later. Thank goodness the furnace repair maintenance came to our rescue and fixed the problem. The gas hose was kinked and needed to be replaced. My kid was disappointed that I missed the piano recital, but the heat was working when our fiance and our kid finally came home later that night.
