She recommended that every one of us upgrade our Heating plus A/C device if every one of us wanted to get the best price every one of us could for our home.
This suggestion might have been delivered in a bit more considered way but I suppose that’s not what every one of us are paying her for. This realtor sells homes, she doesn’t mince words nor does she worry too much about feelings. For me, just the thought of leaving our family condo was a pressing thing to get our head around. This was not a move I was eager to make. There were numerous long nights inside the air conditioning spent discussing this decision a lot. So when someone you haven’t ever met comes in your condo plus starts in on just all the things that are wrong with your home, it can sting. And that was our situation. So every one of us made the choice to go with her advice plus got some great new Heating plus A/C device installed prior to listing the house. Both of us made that initial cash outlay back numerous times over as far as adding to the price of our old house.
