I’m a sizable fan of basements, but i have fond memories of spending my time in our basement growing up, where my superb friend and I were allowed to play plus run around without worrying about cutting any fancy furniture or appliances, however my associate and I could have friends down there to play games plus watch TV, plus the pets were allowed to come hang out with us too, and as an adult, basements haven’t lost their allure, but there are other reasons that I’m particularly fond of them, namely, they stay so much cooler than the rest of the cabin plus my superb friend and I can absolutely save on our energy bills by utilizing this underground space, you see, my superb friend and I live in a pretty hot temperature plus rely on our air conditioning for any level of comfort while in the summer.
It’s fancy to run your A/C 24/7, but the alternative option is feeling hot plus muggy all the time, which I cannot stand, but luckily, having a lower level to the house, I’ve realized that spending time down there naturally feels much cooler.
I can get work done in the basement, plus the control unit doesn’t even need to be powered on in order to feel cool plus comfortable, on particularly hot evenings I can also relocate myself to the basement for an extremely satisfying evening of sleep, because the temperature always stays ten to twenty degrees cooler than the rest of the house. I feel like I have hit the jackpot as far as saving on energy bills plus still keeping it cool in our hot up-to-date city.
