My child is pushing the line with us periodically. Like the other morning, he asked myself and others if I could help him find some tacks so he could put up some posters, however i helped him to find the tacks plus then he needed help getting the tacks into the wall… He doesn’t have regular drywall, he truly has panelling all along the wall, so it was pretty challenging to push in those tacks. He truly said, “You just installed an Heating, Ventilation and A/C method on your own, plus you can’t push a easy tack into the wall?” I don’t think where he got all this trash talk from, but he has been doing it a lot. It’s like he is regularly trying to test us or something. I even tried to use a hammer, however that didn’t help, and with those tacks, you just have to apply a lot of pressure until they go into the wall. I was able to get all the tacks in after putting up many odd posters, plus I told him no more after that. If he wanted to hang anything else up, he was either going to have to use tape or push the tacks in by himself, but those things can absolutely hurt your fingers. He was right that I installed an Heating, Ventilation and A/C method though plus that’s something I am proud of. I installed a ductless mini split that had pre-charged refrigerant, and all the connections were DIY, so I didn’t have to worry about using a flaring tool or anything. And of course, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C replacement was considerably more hard than pushing those tacks into the wall. Try drilling 3.5 inch holes through the wall!
