For weeks now, our beach house Heating & Air Conditioning method has been making a weird crackling noise.
I have been wanting to get it looked at, because I don’t have the slightest clue on anything heating & cooling or Heating & Air Conditioning technology wise, however there is 1 issue with that.
In order to get a Heating & Air Conditioning specialist out here, that means I have to contact our landlord about the concerns I’m having. My landlord usually does respond, however that’s not the issue, the issue is the fact that unless it’s a valid issue, such as our cooling unit being broken, our landlord won’t bother sending the Heating & Air Conditioning worker out. This is entirely frustrating because while the noise could be perfectly innocent, it could also be a sign that something is wrong, & it needs to be fixed before it fails. I have already called our landlord about this, & as I figured, she dismissed the issue & told myself and others to keep an eye on it. My lease doesn’t end for another 3 weeks, so I entirely hope the air conditioning unit keeps toiling till then. I was thinking of moving anyways, & having a better window air conditioner unit would absolutely be nice. The best area is if I get our own home, I can just call a Heating & Air Conditioning tech out to come & look at & get it repaired with little issue. I think I could constantly call an unrelated Heating & Air Conditioning supplier to look at the Heating & Air Conditioning unit now, although I will wait & see if it gets any worse & go from there.
