Our dormitory air conditioner was not working right.
The two of us had only been back to school for two weeks when all of us noticed it was super chilly in the dorm, then i went to the control component & changed the temperature, however the air conditioner would not turn off.
The two of us told the janitor about the air conditioner, & he took a look at the air conditioner & tried to fix it, but he said that it was once again working like usual. I was excited to finally come new home to a comfortable temperature, however when I entered the dorm, it was chilly. I checked the control component & it said that the air conditioner was off, however clearly it was on & running. I decided to go to the dean of students & file a complaint about the air conditioner in our dorm. The dean tied up for an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman to come & fix the air conditioner for us; Unluckyly, the janitor somehow heard that an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman was supposed to come & he decided he could do a better task than the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman. The janitor went outside to the central air conditioner component & took it apart. He cleaned the HVAC ducts & messed with some of the parts, although he only made the air conditioner worse. The next morning when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman came, he said that our air conditioner was one of the worst cooling units he had ever took care of. The HVAC ducts were messed up, & the wiring was done inofficially. The two of us found out later that the janitor had entirely messed up the air conditioner & our control component in an attempt to fix it! With a lot of extra work, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman fixed the air conditioner
