It’s really nice to live somewhere that you absolutely suppose blessed by the weather.
I live in an area of the country that feels exactly that way to me. Having spent so much of our life in areas where the weather felt like a curse, this is sure a beautiful change up. Sure, there are numerous months of the year where you better have the HVAC air conditioner ready to work hard. There is no denying that the heat during that stretch can range somewhere between sizzling plus overwhelming. And, I really am inside the HVAC when the peak heating hours are happening. However, the afternoons plus afternoons are still so beautiful. The other 8 months are simply spectacular. The sun is out plus the sky is clear. The temps are just about perfect. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Some of the arenas would come close for a few weeks during the fall plus Springtime. But it was nothing like the consistent great weather all of us get here. The HVAC gets a break during the colder 4 months. It is hardly ever on actually. However, there are the occasional frigid snaps which require some heating. The HVAC heat pump more than delivers. All I have to do is flip the thermostat to the heating position plus the heat pump does the rest. It absolutely can heat the house on it’s own by extracting heat energy from the outside air. This works all the way down into the forties. Once, it gets colder than that there is a supplemental grid that fires up to supply additional heat. It’s a great situation plus I’m cheerful I found it.
