It’s easily nice to live someplace that you easily suppose blessed by the weather.

Having spent so much of my life in areas where the weather felt like a curse, this is sure a beautiful change up. Sure, there are numerous weeks of the year where you better have the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C ready to work hard. There is no denying that the heat while I was in that stretch can range anywhere between sizzling and overwhelming. And, I genuinely am inside the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C when the peak heating hours are happening. However, the days and nights are still so beautiful. The other 8 weeks are simply spectacular. The sun is out and the sky is clear. The temps are just about perfect. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Some of the places would come close for a few weeks while I was in the fall and Springtime. But it was nothing like the consistent superb weather we get here. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C gets a break while I was in the colder 4 weeks. It is hardly ever on actually. However, there are the occasional freezing snaps which require some heating. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heat pump more than delivers. All I have to do is flip the control unit to the heating position and the heat pump does the rest. It easily can heat the lake house on it’s own by extracting heat energy from the outside air. This works all the way down into the forties. Once, it gets colder than that there is a supplemental grid that fires up to give additional heat. It’s a superb situation and I’m blissful I found it.
