One thing I have thought about lately is the fact that numerous commercial buildings these days no longer have industrial boilers like they used to back in the afternoon when I was growing up! Even the schools which were famous for having industrial boilers for their heating have gone the route of just getting the most brand modern & modern commercial heating & air conditioner units, these days I think that is the normal for commercial building. Those industrial boilers are more or less out dated & a major thing of the past, however some may call them seasoned & I think it is for great reasoning, but it just much easier to maintain & deal with today’s commercial heating & air conditioners than it is the old industrial heaters! Personally I like the feel of the heating that came from the old boilers better than the electric heating that comes out of commercial heating & air conditioners of today, then having the electric heating to me is much more of a dry heat compared to the old industrial heaters, but that is just my humble opinion. There must be something to it if you are having all the people go the commercial heating & air conditioner way of today. So I think maybe I am just stuck in the past. But the future is here & the future is now, and this is something I personally am just going to have to get used to. I am just glad I do not own a building or I would be old school & just get an old industrial heating system because that would be my preference!
