I went to visit my mom plus dad on Monday this week.
I usually only go to visit my mom plus dad once a month, because it is almost a hundred miles between the two of us. I had to meet with a buyer about 25 miles from that place where my mom plus dad live, so I decided to pop in plus surprise them Monday. I called my mom to make sure that she was home, but I didn’t tell her that I was just around the corner. My mom told me that she was making cookies plus my dad was doing something downstairs in the basement, and when I got to my mom’s house, she was genuinely surprised to see me. I told her that I was going to stay plus have some breakfast. He told me she said that on the table plus she was going to make me a sandwich; She told me that she had already eaten breakfast, however there were some leftover things plus she was going to make me a plate. While I was sitting at the table, I noticed something leaking from the bottom of the window A/C device in the kitchen. My mom plus dad do not have central air conditioning. I have tried to talk them into central air conditioning 100 unusual times, however they are stuck in their ways plus just cherish window A/C units. I told my mom that the device in the kitchen was leaking plus she told me it was fine. Apparently, she knew that there was a problem plus it did not matter at all
