As a team player, I decided to participate in the more about heating trivia for the business.
The industry holds such trivia every quarter to see which company has the bragging right to the best company in the industry based on their comprehension.
There were 4 other local dealers from different local businesses, plus I had to participate with them. I did not suppose their years of comprehension, just the companies they were in. The questions ranged from numerous choice to answers that needed further explanation, then one of the questions I found difficult to explain was about the troubles affecting a geo heat pump. Seeing that this heating unit is situated underground, there is entirely little need for furnace service, plus thus I could not suppose of any troubles that can affect it. The man next to myself and others pressed the buzzer plus came up with 2 points. Even though this was trivia, I still l gained much more about Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems. I was wonderful with questions about other heating equipment, such as space gas furnaces plus central heating. I was doing well until the interviewer asked how much new heating would cost a residential homeowner, including a new digital control unit. I also did well in explaining the several energy-saving help tips for residential plus commercial owners though I did a lot of explaining. In addition to the bragging rights, the winner would take home a complimentary heating service, including a free tune-up to promote quality heating. I came out hour among the numerous of us, plus however I did not win, I still l gained a lot plus represented my business. To me, that was already a win.
