She was told they would get there between 9 AM and 10 AM

The specialist was still having car concerns

Vivian knew that waiting for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist was the norm. Each time she phoned for service or repairs, Vivian got a window of time for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist to arrive. The only time they were on time was when the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist was supposed to be there at 8 AM. That was the earliest time they provided anyone, but Vivian was told he could get there between 8 AM and 9 AM, and she liked that. Vivian was the first person on their list, so being late should not have been a problem. Somehow, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist was late, and he didn’t arrive until almost noon. Vivian was told they were having car issues, and that was the only explanation she got from the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation. Vivian told them she was getting late and was supposed to be at the hospital two hours earlier. However, the person on the call said there was nothing she could do. When 10 AM came and went, Vivian was getting really upset. This was past the 9 AM deadline, and she had to cancel her appointment. Vivian was annoyed with him being late, so she phoned the corporation. The same person answered the call and told Vivian there was nothing he could do. The specialist was still having car concerns. Unless the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist was in an accident, Vivian wanted no more excuses. The guy paused and said the specialist was in an accident, and they were trying to get another Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist to the house. The assigned Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist was being life flighted to the local hospital.
