The realtor was right about the Heating, Ventilation and A/C

I wasn’t really sure this day would ever easily come.

However, I now have an actual date.

The date for my last day at my job has been set and it’s only a few short months away. I’m retiring from a supplier that I have been with for 40 years. It’s sort of inconceivable to myself and others that I am easily that old. But a quick look in the mirror reminds myself and others instantly. Saying goodbye to the perfectly Heating, Ventilation and A/C controlled office will not be easy. I worked a long time and made a lot of sacrifices to get that corner office. It has been a thrill and something that I will miss. And yet, I’m really excited to embrace the next chapter of my life. My wifey has been my rock in this regard as she has been helping myself and others plan for this over the last various years. Part of that plan is that every one of us are moving to a small 3 living room bungalow down south. I won’t be dealing with anymore sky rocketing Heating, Ventilation and A/C heating costs and I won’t miss it. But section of that entails us selling our home. It’s a strenuous proposition because there are a lot of memories and sentiment involved. So I sort of pushed back at the realtor when she first came in and seemed to be denigrating our condo with all the update demands. She noticed this a sort of changed her tone. Like with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C, she showed myself and others the hard data of how much more our condo was worth with a current Heating, Ventilation and A/C. There’s a lot of change going on for myself and others but, I’m still smart enough to listen to experts who are willing to explain.
