Finding out what life is like down south

We’ve been pondering it for awhile now, and both of us have pretty much decided that both of us are going to be moving south soon, however my husband and I have been living up north ever since both of us got married and it’s entirely cold around here during the cold months, but we have to deal with sub zero hot and cold temperatures for weeks at a time once the weather starts cooling down in the fall, but i, for a single, am honestly sick of it.

  • I would enjoy living somewhere where it’s sunny and hot most of the time and I’m beginning to realize why so many people want to retire down in the southern space of the nation.

I can’t stop thinking about how nice it must be to never have to worry if you have enough wood for your fireplace or oil for your oil furnace… Not only that, but both of us have to pay an advantage in heating costs during the winter. I just think that it would be nice to worry about paying for air conditioning for once instead of heating fees. I think that it might be unusual once both of us entirely transfer down there. Most likely after that I will be complaining about the air conditioning bills instead of heating bills at that point. Either way, though, I am sick of the cold hot and cold temperatures and the chilly weather. I guess that it will be a nice change for us to transfer down to the western space of the country, even if both of us do end up with high cooling bills; At least it will be something unusual for us.
