My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company sends out the same tech to our apartment each time

Ever since I started toiling from lake apartment last year, I don’t get out much.

I never loved our coworkers, but it was still nice to get some level of social interaction on a annually basis.

Once that stopped, I only ever saw people whenever I went shopping. Most of our friends moved out of the town after university, so I don’t believe many people within driving distance. So if I was at the grocery store for instance, I would try to take fortune of the few moments of human interaction I’d come face to face with. Usually I would ask the cashier about how busy the store was that day or what their interests were. After I started to order more of our groceries on the internet to be delivered at our doorstep, these small interactions have all but vanished. But, thankfully the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor who is assigned to our apartment is a good person to talk to. All of us are both originally from the same state and certainly grew up within 15 miles of each other. Since this town and state are 1,000 miles across the country from where we are now, this is no simple achievement. More than anything, I am regularly fascinated about what he teaches myself and others regarding residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. He is the person who educated myself and others about using UV light bulbs to keep evaporator coils scrub of mold growth. He is also the person who helped myself and others snake a bunch of lint out of our dryer exhaust vent that opens on our rooftop; He is regularly honest and never tries to impose with work that isn’t 100% necessary. I just wish every professional I came across in life had the same attitude as our heating and cooling serviceman.
