Learning to be patient with my space heater

Life has really dealt me some heavy blows lately and I am learning to be patient with them all for the most part.

I look at some of my married friends and feel left out of the loop as I have no kids and no wife.

Their lives are filled with all of this togetherness while a lot of my time is spent alone. But it won’t be like this forever and I need to learn to enjoy the peace and quiet more than I do. Sometimes I feel lonely but in reality I am just alone, and my HVAC tech coming home reminds me that I am really not all alone. She works four days a week for the company in town and she and I have a good relationship, working together most of the time to solve problems in the flat with things like broken water heaters and dirty floors. Last night we accidentally shut the bathroom door and the cats relieved themselves in the kitchen sink. The poor things couldn’t get to their bathroom because my HVAC expert shut the door to their litter box room, which is my bathroom. They were trying to be polite though and went in the sink because it kind of resembles a litter box. They love to hang out on the whole home air purifier most of the time, unless they are in my office sitting on my lap while I write my heating and cooling stories. RIght now my little Baby cat is nestled on my legs while I do this work.
