My friend Harry had just won the lottery. It was really a twist of fate that he purchased the winning ticket at the bus stop that day. Harry knew that his life would change forever. He didn’t feel too overwhelmed. Harry used the money to purchase a house in a very posh neighborhood where he moved in with his family. Harry was used to living in small apartments and he wanted to live in a home. The house was in really great condition and it even had a brand new air conditioning system installed in it. Harry was happy with this; they lived in a place that had really drastic heat and really cold temperatures in the winter. They all settled in the house and they used the quality Heating and Air Conditioning system all throughout the winter. Spring had great weather and so during that time, Harry totally switched off the cooling system in their home. However, he never got to service the HVAC during that season. Then whenever it warmed up, the Heating and A/C machine was not cooling the house down as effectively as Harry had hoped that it would. He was outside talking to a neighbor who told him he had to contact the Heating as well as A/C supplier for more assistance. Harry spoke to an AC mechanic who came to work on the A/C. The HVAC technician then told me that he would have to get a repair plan for seasonal preventive A/C servicing. Harry asked the HVAC technician other questions about the A/C plan since he’d never had a lot of interest in it before. The Heating and A/C mechanic was happy to show Harry the list of things that could go wrong with his A/C system. All this was new to Harry, of course, and he was very happy to learn as a new homeowner.
