We’d been looking for an ideal rental property, and our baby was almost here. My partner and I were adamant about the style of the house we needed and it was taking a while. It seemed every house the people I was with and I looked at had a few things missing, and finally, when we found one we loved, we got a call from our realtor with great news. He found a great house for us in the best area. It had many rooms and three bathrooms, but it still lacked a new AC system. We both wanted a house with a new AC system to help ensure the air quality was exceptional… With the pandemic going on, the people I was with and I knew an efficient AC equipment would keep all of us safe to some extent. The realtor was not sure if the house’s owner was willing to replace the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, though. He suggested the people I was with and I go ahead and transfer in and then ask the owner to replace it later on. Time was running out, and we really wanted to agree with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C idea. But, I felt differently after a few hours. We ended up calling our realtor to get the number for the landlord. He sent us the landlord’s contact information, and then we called him up. At first, the homeowner was not willing to invest in a new Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. But when he found out I was pregnant, he immediately agreed to replace the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. It took him a couple of days to locate the right A/C equipment, but he did it. Then, an AC mechanic came to set it up. When everything was in order, the landlord called to inform us the A/C system was set up and we moved in! Then our baby was born two weeks after that. It was good timing.
