It was the best news ever!

We’d been looking for a rental property for some time, and it was taking a very long time, plus the baby was almost here, and my partner and I were really adamant about the style of space that we needed.

It really seemed like every place that we went to had a few key things missing, and when we were discussing compromise, we then got a call from our realtor with fantastic news.

She said that she had found the right beach house for us in the best area of all. It had 3 home offices however, it lacked a current and updated A/C system, which was one of our requirements for the ideal house. We really wanted an apartment with a current A/C plan to help ensure the indoor air quality was exceptional, however with the pandemic, every one of us knew an efficient A/C component would probably keep all of us safe. Our realtor was not sure the owner was willing to update the Heating and Air Conditioning system. She recommended that we would move in and ask for an update later on. Time was running out, plus every one of us wanted to agree with the Heating and Air Conditioning system. I felt differently after a few minutes. Every one of us called the realtor plus we spoke to the property owner. She sent us the property owner’s contact information, and then we finally called him. The homeowner was at first not willing to invest in a newer Air Conditioning unit. When she found out I was pregnant, she agreed to update the Heating as well as the Air Conditioning system. It took him a couple of mornings to locate the right A/C component. An A/C mechanic came to set it up in the house! Once everything was finally in order, the property owner called to inform us the A/C plan was fixed up. Then we could move into the house. That was the best news ever.
