I was totally devastated when our beach property caught on fire.
I basically lost everything in that fire, but I was truly thankful that nobody that I loved died.

Even though the heating system kept our beach house warm, the heating system was totally inefficient, as well as it cost myself and others a great deal of cash each month to keep the heating equipment actually running. When I was building our new beach property after the fire, I got enough cash to purchase a brand new heating system as well as central cooling equipment. The difference is very noticeable. I am completely upset about our former house, however I am not upset that I don’t have to deal with our old Heating as well as A/C equipment.
