I take care of all the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C appointment bookings plus the billing… The other day while I was working, the laptop system was running entirely slow! It was so slow, that it ended up nearly crashing! And this was causing problems while trying to enter in various heating plus air conditioner repair plus replacement appointments that had come in earlier that day. I told the boss what was going on plus it seemed the laptop had a small virus of some kind. They had to call out a laptop repair professional.
