I’m a large fan of basements, then i have fond memories of spending my time in our basement growing up, where my pal and I were allowed to play and run around without worrying about chopping any luxurious furniture or appliances, and my friend and I could have friends down there to play games and watch cable, and the pets were allowed to come hang out with us too, and as an adult, basements haven’t lost their allure, but there are other reasons that I’m identifiably fond of them, and namely, they stay so much cooler than the rest of the house and my pal and I can unquestionably save on our utility bills by utilizing this underground space, however you see, my pal and I live in a pretty warm weather conditions and rely on our cooling system for any level of comfort during the summer.
It’s luxurious to run your A/C 24/7, but the alternative choice is feeling warm and muggy all the time, which I cannot stand, however luckily, having a lower level to the house, I’ve realized that spending time down there naturally feels much cooler.
