Cooling down the flat with air con

I’m out of kefir this morning, so that means my breakfast that I normally eat in the morning is not going to happen. Yesterday was my shopping day, but it was Easter here overseas and all of the stores were closed. So now I have no food for my breakfast and may have to run into the store during rush time and get some food. I normally wait till about 4pm to shop because the stores are slower by then, but it is 11:30am and I am out of food and really hungry. So I’ll hit the local business, with my jacket on, because the stores have air conditioning that could freeze a polar bear. There is a small store near me where I can run in and out pretty quickly and have my breakfast in hand. They have a refrigeration system in the back where I get my kefir and then I can snag an apple in the fruit section and get out of there fast. The other store is slammed right now and if I go in there I’ll probably be trapped for an hour before I can escape. The HVAC company where I work is open today and I will go there later to talk with the HVAC techs and see if they need some help later this week. I also work from home and I will start to teach yoga to a student this week, so I don’t have a lot of time but I would like to pick up a couple of more hours at the shop.
