The client pulled in behind me

I was running late this day & I was upset that a client was going to be upset because I was not at her address at 9:30 in the day when she tied up the Heating & Air Conditioning full repair tune up. I didn’t pull into the driveway until 9:45 & the client pulled in behind me. If you absolutely obstructed my repair car from leaving the parking lot, however the person apologized for running late, apparently she worked mornings & she had to stay a couple of hours that day, then she was upset that she would miss me & she did not have the number for the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier. I didn’t feel bad for finding out that the person was running late & I told her that it absolutely was no large deal because I was just arriving. I completed the full system Heating & Air Conditioning tune up & looked at the heat pump & the a/c. The system absolutely looked like it was in pretty nice shape. It was only 2 years ancient & still running well. I didn’t find any problems with the mechanical or electrical systems & I made sure that all of the safety switches were working as well. When the client wrote me a check to pay the bill, she also followed me outside so she could transfer her car. We switched spots so I could continue with my day. I had another appointment at 11:00 a.m. & it was another heat pump & a/c tune-up. I absolutely wanted to be on time for that appointment.
