If anything, they now recommend the heat pump for everyone they hear has an a/c issue. Their most recent plan is to remove the ducts from their house. They are convinced they will never need them again and have suddenly started calling them unsightly. They were pretty new because the repair on the previous unit had also included a change of the ducts.
