From a junior HVAC provider to a business owner

I remember my mentor reiterating that good things come to those who wait.

He also said that hard work pays off.

When I graduated high school, I decided to follow the path of becoming an HVAC professional. I joined a training institute founded by a local business. I trained with the most skilled and experienced professionals and learned so much from them regarding HVAC units. I ensured also to form networks that would help in the future. I graduated best in my class and got an internship opportunity with a good and successful HVAC business. My first assignment involved handling the store as an HVAC provider. It allowed me to study customers’ needs and how to take homeowner’s demands. The company soon promoted me to join the field teams that would provide help with indoor comfort to our customers. They would g on jobs including HVAC maintenance and HVAC installations. I learned more about quality HVAC units, a skill that would later benefit me. I discovered various HVAC brands and identified the best in terms of quality. We would often go for repairs with the HVAC repairman team. I ended up training homeowners to do specific processes that would contribute to the proper function of their units. These processes included changing air filters and checking their thermostat for any issues. I have since built a company that is gradually gaining recognition and success. My first piece of equipment was the ductless heat pump, standard among homeowners. There have been many sleepless nights, but it was all worth it. I have created jobs and provided quality comfort for residents from this town and surrounding areas.
