He requested to run a final HVAC maintenance, which was a good idea because it revealed a bad AC seal. They ordered a new one and did the HVAC installation. The unit worked optimally for several weeks and continued functioning optimally. Everything has been great since then. I commend the company for taking the time to study my issue. They never gave up on trying to get the solution, and it was because of their skilled workman that I had top-notch indoor comfort and air quality. I am grateful I do not have to buy another unit as they do not come cheap.
