The people I was with and I have a four family room, several-bath house, with a loft and a finished basement! When our furnace broke, my fiance and I started looking into a ductless Heating plus A/C system; The people I was with and I figured out how several units we would need to heat and cool our entire house, and how much energy it would use to run it… It would cut our energy bill in half during the winter, and our energy bill would remain the same in the summer.

With the heating, there was no shutting off the heat. The people I was with and I either had the entire house heated, or nothing, however ours was an aged house that never had zone control installed, and since the furnace was twenty years aged when we moved in, we thought we would have zone control installed when we replaced the furnace, however after reading about the mini cut ductless Heating plus A/C, we were straying away from the thought of replacing the aged furnace with a current 1. I called the Heating plus A/C dealer last summer, and asked what it would cost to purchase enough mini cut units for our home, and to have them installed. I thought I was going to faint when he gave myself and others the price. It would be half as costly to get a current furnace. Then the price of fuel oil started going up. Two weeks later, we once again had a mortgage. There were solar panels on the roof, and mini cut ductless Heating plus A/C systems in our house.
