Are you sure this is the furnace I bought?

I took a picture of the furnace when the people I was with and I ordered it.

It was a easy snapshot of the furnace plaque that showed the make plus model, plus the description of the furnace. I had the same information on our receipt, although I didn’t know it would hurt to have another proof of the purchase. Two weeks later, the Heating plus Air Conditioning company delivered our furnace. When the Heating plus Air Conditioning professional uncrated the furnace to prepare it for replacement, I stopped him. I asked if she was sure this was the furnace the people I was with and I ordered? She showed me her toil order plus showed me they matched with the furnace. I got the receipt they gave us plus pulled up the picture of the furnace. I told him the numbers may match, however this doesn’t match the picture of the furnace the people I was with and I ordered, then she said the one the people I was with and I ordered wasn’t a low profile furnace, however it was the same one. I was sure a low profile furnace should be for a smaller house. Both of us had nine youngsters plus needed a furnace that would supply enough heat to many living rooms, so that everyone would be comfortable. Both of us had a huge home plus needed not just a heavy furnace, however a really efficient one. She looked at the furnace, plus saw that our picture was for a larger furnace, with a much higher efficiency. She called the Heating plus Air Conditioning company plus asked them to verify that she had the right furnace, because I had him doubting the furnace. She told me I was right. The difference was in one small letter at the end of the model, plus they did not note it when they ordered the furnace.
