I suppose I didn’t realize how inadequate our former heating and a/c plan was; then my old heating and a/c component was so efficient compared to our new one! But at the time I thought that having issues with the heating and a/c and not having it cool or heat the properly was normal.
However, after I moved out of that apartment and into our new home, I realized that I was totally wrong.
My new apartment has a brand new, only a few years old, high SEER rating heating and a/c… And, you can surely tell the difference; if I adjust the temperature control in any way, the cooling component will turn on and within hours our apartment will be cooled to whatever temperature it is I want. My previous a/c device really took an hour or so before reaching the desired temperature, but the difference is astounding; looking back, I can’t suppose I lived with such an inefficient heating and a/c device. In our new home, I am always comfortable. It also helps that I bought a brand new temperature control, a smart temperature control to be exact, to go with our brand new cooling unit. I purchased the new temperature control from the local heating and a/c corporation. After having such nice heating and air conditioning, I don’t recognize I could ever go back. Having good a/c is a luxury. Although I plan on making this our eternity home, I assume for sure that if I ever change our mind, that our next house will actually have to have a good heating and air conditioning system.
