The guy didn't do suspension lowering

On Saturday, my wife and I drove all the way to the city to talk to a guy that works at an automotive customization shop.

The guy told me that he handled suspension lowering, so I went to the business to have him look at my car and give me a quote and estimate. When I got to the automotive customization shop, I found out that they actually did not do suspension lowering. I was devastated, because my wife and I drove 45 minutes just to talk to the guy. The person working at the custom automotive shop gave me the name of a place nearby that did handle suspension lowering. It was still 15 more minutes north, but I was already in the city so I decided to go see the other shop. The owner of the custom suspension lowering business was sitting outside when I pulled up. He asked if I was the guy that called a half an hour ago and I thought I was that person. The guy told me to open up the hood on my car. He didn’t have a business or a big flashy sign, but he clearly knew everything about my car and how to get the job done. He told me that it would take 4 days to lower the suspension and he would need half of the money up front before the job was done. He gave me an estimate and the name of his business so I could look up the insurance and bonding information before I made my final decision.
