My house was old plus in need of a lot of renovations… It was new to me, however it had seen better days.
I had no experience in remodeling or decorating.
I gave some thought to want I want for my house, plus I could jot some ideas down on paper, although I could not do the work, then my partner never let myself and others paint because I could screw that up. I tried to paint a brown door white once, plus it turned out pink, however that’s when I gave up trying to do any toil around the house, other than cleaning. I knew interior design was a necessary for my new home, although I would not do it on my own. I called a local interior design company plus asked if they could help me. I didn’t want them to do the work, although I wanted their help, and when the woman showed up, she started asking questions about what I wanted done, she wanted to guess my number one colors plus how much I had for a budget. She said my budget was tight, however it would be doable. She spent the next 3 days measuring plus shopping plus took myself and others shopping with her twice. It surprised myself and others that an interior designer would shop in discount stores, however the things the two of us were buying were absolutely tasteful. It took almost 3 weeks before I saw any progress. The interior design was beautiful once the dust settled from the removal plus installation of walls, ceilings, plus flooring. It absolutely surprised myself and others at what the interior designer accomplished while staying within my budget.
