Recently, Bob and I moved into a current house.
- It had been built a mere two years before.
The couple who built this home was a military family who was hoping to have a current home in the area! Unfortunately for those 2, they had to leave to transfer to some other section of the country on official orders shortly after completing the house. I ended up renting their dream home from them with our brother Bob. The two of us had a lot to learn about basic current home service. Thankfully, because Bob and I were renting, a lot of the things that the two of us would normally have to handle would be covered by the landlord. The landlord was responsible for scheduling all of the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C visits, however the two of us would at least need to change out the air filter plus monitor the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system, and obviously, because Bob and I were living in the home, the two of us would have to be the people to determine whether or not the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C method required services apart from the properly busy service visits from the local Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C tech . The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C method was obviously brand new. It had been installed only a few weeks after the current home had been built, however an acquaintance assured me that because the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C method was brand-new, Bob plus I may never have any major issue come up with the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C method while Bob and I are renting this place. The two of us have a 1-year contract, so the two of us will see. I know I want to keep renting this place after the year is up, however. Among numerous other things that I appreciate about the house, the a/c feels great!
