It took getting creative for myself and others to finally get the sort of Heating & A/C comfort that I had so longed for. My parent’s house sort of spoiled me. Dad was typically very sizable on quality heating and air. That meant that he was typically on top of Heating & A/C maintenance, changing the air filter and any other Heating & A/C responsibilities. There was never a breakdown in heating and cooling during that house. And the air conditioner, as well as, the Heating & A/C heating were typically on point. Even the dorm room I shared was better than all the apartments I’ve ever had when it comes to quality heating and air. So I saved every dime that I could to buy a house. But being single and having a public maintenance task just wasn’t enough for myself and others to come up with the currency. That’s when a friend of mine told myself and others about friends of his who had pooled their currency in order to buy a house. That was enjoy a bell going off in my head. And I had just the 2 couples in mind for this thing. After every one of us made it all legal as far as protecting our individual interest, every one of us pooled our currency and bought this house. It’s a big, 3 story house and I live on the top floor. The other 2 couple occupy the other floors. The people I was with and I all have our own living space with ductless heat pumps that every one of us control independently. It’s just working out so well and I have enjoyed having the sort of quality heating and air of my youth.
